These Affiliate Terms explain the terms that apply when you participate as an affiliate in ALLIMOOD's official Telegram Affiliate Program. The program is provided through Telegram's native affiliate functionality and is also subject to Telegram's own Terms of Service for Affiliate Programs and other applicable Telegram terms.

1. The program
ALLIMOOD participates in Telegram's native Affiliate Program for digital goods and services sold through Telegram Stars.
At the effective date of these Affiliate Terms, ALLIMOOD's program provides a 65% affiliate commission on qualifying Telegram Stars purchases made by users you refer, for a 12-month commission period starting from the date the referred user joins ALLIMOOD through your affiliate link.
The commission percentage and commission period shown by Telegram for the ALLIMOOD program are the controlling program terms presented by Telegram.
2. Joining the program
Eligible Telegram users, channel owners, and supported Telegram apps may join the ALLIMOOD Affiliate Program through Telegram and receive a unique affiliate link.
Participation is voluntary. By joining or using the affiliate link, you are also agreeing to the Telegram terms that govern its Affiliate Program.
ALLIMOOD does not operate a separate multi-level referral structure, downline commission system, GRAM payout program, or independent affiliate wallet.
3. Affiliate links and attribution
Your affiliate link is generated and administered through Telegram. Telegram records attribution when a user accesses ALLIMOOD through a qualifying affiliate link and subsequently makes qualifying purchases in Telegram Stars.
Affiliate attribution, commission calculation, commission crediting, and the applicable commission period are handled through Telegram's Affiliate Program infrastructure.
You must not manipulate referral attribution, use fake accounts, create artificial traffic, or use any other deceptive method to generate commissions.
4. Qualifying purchases and commissions
When a referred user makes a qualifying purchase in ALLIMOOD using Telegram Stars during the applicable commission period, Telegram calculates the affiliate commission according to the commission percentage attached to the ALLIMOOD program.
The affiliate commission is credited in Telegram Stars to the affiliate balance designated by Telegram.
No commission is earned merely for sharing a link, inviting a user, or causing a user to open ALLIMOOD. A qualifying purchase is required.
5. Availability of affiliate Stars
Telegram states that Stars earned through affiliate programs cannot be used, converted, or withdrawn for 21 days after receipt.
This waiting period is imposed by Telegram's Affiliate Program rules and is not a separate delay created by ALLIMOOD.
6. Refunds and commission reversals
If an underlying customer purchase is refunded or otherwise reversed, Telegram may debit or reverse the affiliate Stars associated with that purchase.
A customer refund is governed by the ALLIMOOD Refund Policy. Affiliate commission treatment is governed by Telegram's Affiliate Program rules and payment systems.
7. Promotion rules
You must promote ALLIMOOD lawfully and in good faith. You must comply with Telegram's Terms of Service, Telegram's Affiliate Program terms, the rules of any platform where you publish your affiliate link, and applicable advertising, consumer-protection, and disclosure laws.
You must not:
- spam or flood chats with your affiliate link;
- send unsolicited private messages to random users solely to promote the link;
- artificially inflate engagement, clicks, referrals, or purchases;
- use fake reviews, misleading product claims, or deceptive statements;
- misrepresent yourself as an employee, agent, or official representative of ALLIMOOD or Telegram; or
- use the affiliate link in connection with unlawful or prohibited content.
8. Affiliate disclosures
You are responsible for making any affiliate disclosure required by the law or platform rules that apply to your promotion.
Where disclosure is required, it should be clear and reasonably close to the affiliate recommendation or link.
9. No earnings guarantee
Participation does not guarantee referrals, purchases, commissions, income, profit, or any particular financial result.
You must not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated earnings claims about ALLIMOOD or its Affiliate Program.
10. Taxes and legal obligations
You are responsible for determining and complying with any tax, reporting, registration, disclosure, or other legal obligations that apply to affiliate commissions you receive.
The program may not be available to every person or in every location, and Telegram or ALLIMOOD may restrict participation where required by law, platform rules, sanctions, security requirements, fraud prevention, or other legitimate compliance reasons.
11. Program changes and termination
Telegram's Affiliate Program rules allow a program creator to increase the commission percentage, extend the commission period, or terminate an affiliate program. Once a program has started, its commission percentage and commission period cannot be reduced for that existing program.
If the ALLIMOOD Affiliate Program is terminated, Telegram may disable affiliate links after termination. Under Telegram's current rules, affiliates may continue receiving commissions on qualifying purchases made by users they previously referred for the remainder of the commission period originally applicable to those referred users.
Telegram may change its Affiliate Program rules, systems, eligibility requirements, or technical operation. Where a material change affects ALLIMOOD's own Affiliate Terms, ALLIMOOD may update this page accordingly.
12. Relationship with Telegram
The Affiliate Program feature is provided by Telegram. Telegram is responsible for its own affiliate infrastructure, referral-link functionality, attribution systems, Star balances, and related platform rules.
Participation in the ALLIMOOD program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint-venture relationship between you and ALLIMOOD or between you and Telegram.
13. Other ALLIMOOD terms
These Affiliate Terms supplement the ALLIMOOD Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
If Telegram's mandatory Affiliate Program terms conflict with these Affiliate Terms on a matter controlled by Telegram's affiliate platform, Telegram's applicable terms govern that platform matter.
