This Privacy Policy explains how ALLIMOOD collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the ALLIMOOD Telegram bot, place an order, use Ready Looks or Build Your Look, participate in Telegram's native Affiliate Program, contact support, or visit the ALLIMOOD website.
The controller responsible for the processing described in this Privacy Policy is Pavel Alimov, an individual operating under the name ALLIMOOD. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@allimood.com. The official website is https://allimood.com.
1. Scope and eligibility
ALLIMOOD is intended for users aged 18 or over. Do not use the Service or submit source media if you are under 18.
You should submit only source media that you are authorised to use and that depicts you. Do not submit images or video frames of minors.
2. Information we process
Telegram account information
- Telegram user ID;
- username, display name, and language information made available by Telegram;
- commands, menu selections, product choices, and interactions with the bot; and
- records of policy acceptance or acknowledgements where the bot requests them.
Source media and generated images
- the source photograph or supported source file you submit for personalisation;
- a selected frame or derived image where the product flow uses a video or similar source;
- the Ready Looks reference selected by you, or the Build Your Look settings selected by you;
- generated base images used for Build Your Look;
- personalised generated results and Retry attempts;
- technical fingerprints, file identifiers, timestamps, and delivery records needed to operate and secure the Service; and
- technical error information associated with generation or delivery.
Order and payment information
- order ID and order status;
- Telegram invoice and payment identifiers;
- the amount of Telegram Stars paid;
- successful-payment, refund, retry, delivery, and completion records; and
- transaction records needed for accounting, fraud prevention, support, and dispute handling.
ALLIMOOD does not receive your payment-card details when you acquire or spend Telegram Stars.
Affiliate information
ALLIMOOD uses Telegram's native Affiliate Program. Telegram manages referral links, attribution, commission calculation, affiliate Star balances, and affiliate commission reversals.
Where Telegram provides affiliate information with a transaction, ALLIMOOD may process limited transaction-level information such as the affiliate account or chat identifier, the commission rate, the affiliate amount, and the related payment transaction.
ALLIMOOD does not maintain a multi-level referral tree and does not operate a separate affiliate wallet-payout system.
Website, technical and support information
- server and security logs, error information, and request metadata generated when you use the Service;
- IP address, browser/device information, and similar connection data that may be processed by hosting or security providers when you visit the website;
- information you voluntarily include in a support request; and
- records used to prevent fraud, duplicate charges, abuse, security incidents, or unauthorised access.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- operate the Telegram bot and provide Ready Looks and Build Your Look;
- validate source files and create, personalise, deliver, retry, accept, or refund orders;
- create Telegram Stars invoices and reconcile successful payments and refunds;
- maintain order state and prevent duplicate or unauthorised payments;
- support Telegram's native Affiliate Program where Telegram provides transaction-level affiliate data;
- provide customer support and investigate payment, delivery, security, or technical issues;
- prevent fraud, abuse, manipulation, and unauthorised access;
- maintain security, reliability, backups, and service logs;
- comply with applicable legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, sanctions, and recordkeeping obligations; and
- improve the reliability and usability of the Service using aggregate or technical information.
We do not use your source image to identify you, authenticate you, determine your age, infer ethnicity or other sensitive characteristics, or make decisions about you based on biometric identity.
ALLIMOOD does not use your source media or generated images to train its own AI model. Our AI service providers process data under their own service terms and data-use policies as described below.
4. Legal grounds
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, ALLIMOOD processes information as necessary to:
- perform a contract with you, including processing an order, generation, delivery, Retry, Accept, and Refund;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, sanctions, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations;
- pursue legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving the Service and preventing abuse; and
- act on your consent where consent is specifically required for optional processing.
You may withdraw consent for optional processing at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully and does not prevent processing required for an order, legal obligation, security purpose, or dispute.
5. AI providers and how data is sent
Ready Looks
For Ready Looks, ALLIMOOD sends the source image needed for personalisation and the selected reference image to Segmind so that the approved face-personalisation model can generate the result.
Build Your Look
For Build Your Look, ALLIMOOD sends the editor settings and generation prompt to OpenAI to generate the base image. The customer's source face image is not required for this base-generation step.
After the base image is created, ALLIMOOD sends the source image needed for personalisation together with the generated base image to Segmind to create the personalised result.
Provider data practices
OpenAI states that data sent through its API is not used to train or improve OpenAI models by default unless the customer explicitly opts in. Under OpenAI's standard API data controls, abuse-monitoring logs may be retained for up to 30 days, subject to legal and safety exceptions. Image-generation endpoints do not require separate application-state storage under the standard API data-controls documentation, although image/file safety review exceptions may apply.
Segmind processes submitted media and generation parameters to perform model inference. Segmind may temporarily host or retain request/result data as required to operate its API. Its own terms, privacy policy, API documentation, and infrastructure practices govern that processing.
ALLIMOOD may replace or add an AI provider if reasonably necessary for quality, availability, security, cost, or product development. Where required by law, this Privacy Policy will be updated before a material new processing arrangement applies.
6. Other recipients and service providers
We may share or make information available where reasonably necessary to operate or protect the Service, including with:
- Telegram, for account interaction, Stars payments, refunds, delivery, and native affiliate functionality;
- OpenAI, for Build Your Look base-image generation;
- Segmind, for image personalisation;
- hosting, storage, security, monitoring, and backup providers;
- professional advisers, accountants, auditors, or compliance providers where reasonably necessary; and
- authorities or other parties where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, ALLIMOOD, or others.
ALLIMOOD does not sell source photographs, generated images, or personal information.
7. Telegram Stars, Fragment and wallets
Purchasing or topping up Telegram Stars can involve Telegram, Apple, Google, Fragment, or another provider supported by Telegram. Those transactions occur outside ALLIMOOD's own payment processing.
ALLIMOOD does not need or request your wallet seed phrase or private key. If you use a wallet or Fragment to acquire Stars, that relationship is governed by the applicable provider's terms and privacy policy.
ALLIMOOD receives the Telegram payment information needed to confirm that an ALLIMOOD invoice was paid, but does not receive the private credentials used to acquire the Stars.
8. International processing
ALLIMOOD and its service providers may process information in different countries. Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws where you live.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, ALLIMOOD will use an appropriate lawful mechanism and will take provider location and processing into account.
9. Retention
ALLIMOOD uses automated cleanup rules for customer media and generated files.
- Source media: source files are normally deleted from ALLIMOOD-controlled production storage no later than 24 hours after upload once they are no longer required for an active or unfinished order.
- Generated results: generated customer results are normally retained on ALLIMOOD-controlled production storage for up to 7 days so they can be delivered or re-sent, then deleted.
- Build Your Look base images: intermediate base images needed by an active order are protected from cleanup while required for that order. After they are no longer needed, they are subject to the applicable generated-file retention process.
- Telegram copies: images already delivered in Telegram may remain in your Telegram chat according to Telegram's storage practices and your own actions. Deleting ALLIMOOD's server copy does not delete a copy already stored by Telegram or saved by you.
- AI providers: OpenAI and Segmind apply their own provider-side retention and safety practices as described in their terms and documentation.
- Application and security logs: ordinary logs may be retained for up to 90 days unless a record is needed for fraud, security, technical investigation, or a dispute.
- Support communications: ordinary support correspondence may be retained for up to 2 years after the request is closed.
- Order and financial records: order, payment, refund, transaction, delivery, accounting, tax, dispute, and policy records may be retained for up to 7 years after the relevant transaction or longer where required by law or an unresolved claim.
- Affiliate transaction records: transaction-level affiliate information received from Telegram may be retained with the corresponding order/payment record for the applicable financial-record period.
ALLIMOOD may delete information sooner where it is no longer required, unless retention is needed for a legal obligation, security purpose, fraud investigation, payment record, unresolved dispute, or defence of legal claims.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:
- request access to personal information associated with you;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of information;
- object to or request restriction of certain processing;
- request a portable copy of certain information;
- withdraw consent for optional processing; and
- complain to an applicable data-protection authority.
To make a request, email support@allimood.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to the relevant Telegram account before acting.
Some records cannot be deleted immediately where retention is required by law, is necessary to document a transaction or refund, is needed to prevent fraud or resolve a dispute, or is otherwise legally permitted.
11. Automated processing
ALLIMOOD uses automated systems to validate technical order requirements, manage generation workflows, create payment invoices, detect duplicate or suspicious activity, apply retention rules, and operate order status and delivery.
ALLIMOOD does not use source facial images for biometric identification or authentication and does not make legal or similarly significant decisions about you based on biometric identity.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, separation of operational secrets, backups, transaction reconciliation, limited retention of customer media, and security monitoring.
No internet, AI, Telegram, cloud, or payment service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your Telegram account, devices, and any wallet or payment account you choose to use.
13. Children
ALLIMOOD is not intended for people under 18. Do not submit source media depicting a minor. If we learn that personal information was provided in violation of this requirement, we may delete it and restrict the related use of the Service, subject to legal and transaction-record obligations.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service, providers, law, security requirements, operating structure, or data practices. The current version and effective date will be published on the ALLIMOOD website.
Where required, we will provide notice or obtain consent before a material new use applies.
