What is included in one order?
One order creates one personalized AI image. There is no subscription.
How much does one image cost?
One order costs 150 Telegram Stars. The price is shown in Telegram before you confirm payment.
What is the difference between Ready Looks and Build Your Look?
Ready Looks lets you choose an existing ALLIMOOD scene and personalize it with your appearance. Build Your Look lets you configure a new look first, review your choices, and then create and personalize your image.
Do I need to upload a photo?
No. The customer flow uses a short selfie video. ALLIMOOD guides you through it step by step in Telegram and uses a suitable image from that video for personalization.
When does generation begin?
Generation begins after Telegram confirms successful payment. Your order then continues automatically inside the Telegram flow.
What happens when my result is ready?
You can review the generated result in Telegram. The order flow provides the available Accept, Retry, or Refund options for that order. Choosing Accept completes the order.
Can I retry a result?
If Retry is available for your order, you can use it directly from the Telegram review screen. The options shown there are the options available for that specific order.
How do refunds work?
If Refund is available for your order, it will be shown in the Telegram order flow together with the other review options. Once you choose Accept, the order is completed.
What if I need Telegram Stars?
Telegram makes it easy — if you need Stars, it will show you how to get them in a few taps.
How long are my source files and results stored?
Source materials are normally retained for up to 24 hours. Generated results may be retained for up to 7 days so they can be delivered or re-sent. Assets needed for an active order may be protected until that order is completed.
Does ALLIMOOD have an affiliate program?
Yes. ALLIMOOD uses Telegram's official Affiliate Program. After completing an order, you may be invited to join and earn 65% from purchases made by people you invite for 12 months after they join.
What should I do if I was charged incorrectly?
Email support@allimood.com with your Telegram username, order reference if available, and any relevant Telegram payment information. Never send your password, login code, recovery phrase, or private key.
Where can I find my order reference?
If an order reference is shown in your Telegram order, include it when contacting support. It helps us identify the correct order more quickly.
