These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of the ALLIMOOD Telegram bot and related services (ALLIMOOD or the Service). ALLIMOOD is operated by Pavel Alimov, an individual operating under the name ALLIMOOD (we, us, or our).
By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the ALLIMOOD Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Questions may be sent to support@allimood.com. The official website is https://allimood.com.
1. The Service
ALLIMOOD is a digital AI-image service delivered through Telegram. The Service currently offers two customer flows:
- Ready Looks — you choose an existing ALLIMOOD reference image and submit an eligible source image so ALLIMOOD can create a personalised result; and
- Build Your Look — you configure a new look, ALLIMOOD generates a base image from those settings, and the result is then personalised using your eligible source image.
Each order is a one-time purchase for one personalised AI-generated image. There is no subscription.
The current price is 150 Telegram Stars per order. Prices may change prospectively. The Telegram invoice shown before payment is the controlling price for that order.
2. Eligibility and availability
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. You may use the Service only where it is lawful and available.
ALLIMOOD may restrict or suspend availability because of legal requirements, sanctions, Telegram rules, payment restrictions, provider availability, security concerns, fraud prevention, technical capacity, or other legitimate operational reasons.
3. Telegram account and third-party services
The Service operates through Telegram. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Telegram account and for activity performed through it.
Telegram, OpenAI, Segmind, Fragment, app stores, wallet providers, hosting providers, and other third parties used in connection with the Service are independent services governed by their own terms and policies. ALLIMOOD does not control their availability, account actions, pricing, wallet operations, or platform restrictions.
4. Your source image and permissions
You may submit only an eligible photograph of yourself or another supported source file that you are authorised to use and that depicts you. You must not submit a photograph or video frame of another person without the rights and permissions required by law, and you must not submit content depicting a minor.
You represent that you have all rights necessary for ALLIMOOD and its service providers to process your submitted material solely for the purpose of providing your order.
Do not submit illegal, sexually exploitative, abusive, deceptive, malicious, rights-infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.
ALLIMOOD may perform automated technical checks before payment or generation. Passing an initial check does not guarantee that every file will remain technically usable throughout processing.
5. Orders and payment
ALLIMOOD digital products are paid for using Telegram Stars. An order is accepted for paid processing only after Telegram confirms successful payment to ALLIMOOD.
Buying or topping up Telegram Stars is a separate transaction between you and Telegram and/or the applicable app store, Fragment, or other supported provider. ALLIMOOD does not receive your payment-card details or wallet private keys when you acquire Stars.
If you leave ALLIMOOD to obtain more Stars and later return, ALLIMOOD may preserve your existing order and invoice so that a duplicate order is not required.
Generation begins only after successful payment is confirmed. A payment confirmation does not itself mean that generation has completed.
6. Generation, Retry, Accept and Refund
After payment, ALLIMOOD processes the order through the applicable production workflow. For Build Your Look, the base image is generated after payment and is reused for personalisation retries rather than regenerated for every Retry.
Where the bot offers Retry, you may request another personalisation attempt while attempts remain available for that order. Retry does not create a new order or require a second payment unless the bot expressly presents a new paid order.
Where the bot offers Accept, selecting Accept confirms that you accept the delivered result and completes the order.
Where the bot offers Refund, selecting Refund before completion closes the order and triggers the refund process described in the Refund Policy.
If a technical failure prevents ALLIMOOD from delivering the paid service, the Refund Policy applies.
7. AI-generated results
AI generation is probabilistic. Results can vary between attempts and may not exactly reproduce a person's appearance, pose, hair, clothing, colours, background, composition, or other details. Results may contain unexpected visual artefacts.
ALLIMOOD does not promise that a particular result will meet every subjective preference or be suitable for a particular commercial, legal, or personal purpose.
8. Use of delivered images
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use an image created for you for personal purposes and for your own commercial activities, including profiles, websites, social media, branding, promotion, and advertising.
You may not:
- sell or distribute the delivered image as a standalone stock image, template, dataset, or image-generation product;
- resell ALLIMOOD output as an image-generation service for third parties;
- use an image to impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, defame, exploit, or violate the privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights of another person;
- represent an AI-generated image as authentic evidence of an event, person, endorsement, or fact where doing so would be deceptive or unlawful; or
- use the Service or output for unlawful or harmful activity.
Some styles or visual concepts may evoke genres, eras, fictional themes, cultural references, or other third-party material. Purchase of an ALLIMOOD image does not grant you rights in third-party trademarks, characters, brands, copyrighted works, or other protected material. You are responsible for how you use the final image.
9. Intellectual property
ALLIMOOD and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, branding, interfaces, text, prompts, workflows, catalogue materials, and other ALLIMOOD content, excluding material that belongs to you or a third party.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of ALLIMOOD software, prompts, systems, models, catalogue assets, or branding.
Because AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction and similar outputs may be generated for other users, ALLIMOOD does not guarantee exclusivity or copyright ownership in any generated image.
10. Telegram Native Affiliate Program
ALLIMOOD currently participates in Telegram's native Affiliate Program. At the effective date of these Terms, the program displayed by Telegram offers a 65% commission for qualifying purchases made by referred users during a 12-month commission period.
Affiliate participation is voluntary and is administered by Telegram. Telegram creates the affiliate referral link, records attribution, calculates the commission, credits the applicable Telegram Star balance, applies the commission period, and may reverse affiliate commissions when an underlying purchase is refunded.
ALLIMOOD does not operate a multi-level referral structure, downline commission system, or separate affiliate wallet-payout engine.
Telegram's current Affiliate Program terms apply to participation, including restrictions on spam, artificial engagement, unsolicited promotion, and other abusive conduct. Telegram states that affiliate Stars cannot be used, converted, or withdrawn for 21 days after receipt.
The terms shown by Telegram when you join the program govern your participation. ALLIMOOD may terminate or modify the program only as permitted by Telegram's rules.
11. Privacy and data retention
ALLIMOOD processes source media, Telegram account information, order and payment records, generated images, technical data, and limited affiliate transaction information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not send ALLIMOOD your Telegram password, login code, wallet seed phrase, private key, or other authentication secrets. ALLIMOOD does not need these secrets to provide the Service.
12. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- violate these Terms, applicable law, Telegram rules, or the rights of another person;
- interfere with, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- bypass technical, payment, geographic, eligibility, fraud-prevention, or usage restrictions;
- use fake accounts, stolen payment methods, manipulated affiliate activity, automation, or deceptive methods to abuse the Service;
- submit malicious files or harmful code; or
- use ALLIMOOD or its outputs to build or train a competing service or dataset in violation of applicable rights or law.
13. Availability and service changes
ALLIMOOD may add, remove, change, pause, or replace features, catalogue items, generation providers, or processing methods. We may temporarily pause new orders for maintenance, security, capacity, fraud prevention, provider outages, or legal compliance.
If a paid order cannot be completed, the Refund Policy applies.
14. Suspension and termination
ALLIMOOD may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, misused the Service, engaged in fraud or abuse, created a security or legal risk, or exposed ALLIMOOD or another person to harm.
Suspension or termination does not remove payment, refund, tax, compliance, recordkeeping, or other obligations that arose before termination.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and AI-generated results are provided without warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms. ALLIMOOD does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, exact likeness, exclusivity, fitness for a particular purpose, or any specific commercial outcome.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALLIMOOD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or business arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
Any limitation or exclusion in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Changes to these Terms
ALLIMOOD may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, providers, Telegram rules, law, security requirements, or business operations. The current version and effective date will be published on the ALLIMOOD website.
Where required by applicable law, material changes will be notified or will apply only after any required consent.

- ALLIMOOD Privacy Policy; and
- ALLIMOOD Refund Policy.
Participation in Telegram's Affiliate Program is additionally governed by Telegram's own Affiliate Program terms.
